My idea of having a little sunroom facelift (insullation, sheetrock, laminate floors) resulted in this...
One wall had some termite damage which means we will be giving ORKIN some buisness in a couple of weeks :( The other wall had bad water damage and the wood was rotting so thats always fun. We now have to redo two walls and the lovely quote sexdupled (is that a word?).
In the meantime, we have all of the toys and junk in our living room...
Oh how I can't wait to get rid of this clutter. Dave Ramsey just might be a tad smart afterall.

Oh, wow. I was thinking new paint. New decor..etc. I wasn't thinking of wall removal! Have fune with that.
